The procedure for assigning/confirming the referee category in chess

Moscow:

•   Required documents (Minutes of the seminar, presentation, card, passport scan) 
•   After filling out the Card and Submission, applicants for the 3rd judicial category (or confirmation), HAVING MOSCOW REGISTRATION, are sent to the FSM by mail: elenakhristenko74@mail.ru   along with a scan of your passport .
